No minimum order, but orders over £50 qualify for free UK delivery.

We deliver across mainland UK. Some remote postcodes may take an extra day.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday. Order before 2pm for next-day delivery.

All orders are packed in insulated, recyclable boxes with ice packs to maintain a safe temperature for up to 48 hours.

Same-day delivery is available in selected areas via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp (if opted in) as soon as your order is dispatched.

All our meat is fresh, never frozen. It's cut and prepared to order, then chilled and shipped in insulated packaging.

Our meat is best within 3–5 days of delivery. Use-by dates are printed on every pack.

Yes, freeze on the day of delivery for best results. Consume within 3 months and defrost fully before cooking.

Yes. Every product is halal certified by a recognised UK authority.

Our beef and lamb come from trusted British farms, and our chicken is free-range from high-welfare British suppliers.

Of course, our certification details are available on the About page, and physical copies are available on request.

Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Orders can be cancelled up to 2pm the day before your scheduled delivery.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
